- Development of Dept. of Psychiatry at St. John’s Medical College Hospital, Bangalore.
This Dept. of Psychiatry was established within St. John’s hospital at a time when Psychiatric patients were traditionally admitted away from other medical patients in separate buildings. For the purpose of integrated admissions the process of special approvals had to be sought. - Stress levels of organisations and teams are measured using qualitative and quantitative methods followed by mentoring teams to build appropriate team values suitable for efficient performance.

DEVELOPMENT OF EVALUATION AND RESEARCH METHODOLOGY FOR ORGANISATIONS DEALING IN DISABILITY REHABILITATION PROGRAMMES
Working as consultants one plans and develops the structure of programmes, assists the countries to implement them, carries out evaluations and advices the donor organisations until the programme stabilizes. My role was to develop technology based evaluations and monitoring systems (software). Dr Maya Thomas, my co-consultant, has presented more than 150 papers and international presentations on this topic.
We are also associated with “Disability, CBR and Inclusive Development (DCID)”, a journal on disability rehabilitation published for past 30 years. (www.dcidj.org)
